Adam Gerstenhaber – League President & Commissioner

Adam Gerstenhaber enters his first year as League President & Commissioner, bringing a wealth of baseball knowledge and leadership to the Rocky River Fall Baseball League. With years of coaching experience in both the Rocky River Baseball League and the RRFBL, he is deeply committed to youth baseball development in the community. Known as “The Bull,” Adam has been a sports talk show host for over 20 years and currently hosts The Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show, a proud RRFBL sponsor. His main responsibilities include driving the league’s success by overseeing team selections, division setups, and general league communications. You can often hear "Bull" calling games over at the Rocky River Baseball League, bringing his signature energy and passion for the game to the field.

George Hihn – Vice President | Sponsorship & Marketing

Founder/Creator of the Rocky River Fall Baseball League

George, guided the Inaugural 2024 Season to fruition and is the visionary behind the Rocky River Fall Baseball League, bringing over a decade of experience coaching youth sports, including the Rocky River Baseball League and the Rocky River Bucs Baseball Community Travel Organization. His leadership extends beyond local baseball, as he also helps to guide partnership collaboration efforts for the Mavericks Independent Baseball League—an independent professional league in Salem, Oregon, home to the Salem Senators, Salem-Keizer Campesinos, Portland Mavericks, and Salem-Keizer Volcanoes. As Vice President of the RRFBL, George is dedicated to securing sponsorships that directly benefit the league’s players and families while driving the league’s mission forward. His goal, extend the youth baseball season into the the late summer and early fall months for additional player development, educate players on the game and its local history, and ensure that every season is filled with the fun and excitement that keeps players coming back year after year.

Joe Amschlinger – Secretary/Treasurer

Joe Amschlinger has played a key role in the inaugural season of the Rocky River Fall Baseball League, ensuring the league’s administrative success and helping to organizes by-laws and playing rules. His dedication to keeping the league running smoothly has made him an invaluable asset. With a passion for youth baseball, Joe has also been actively involved in coaching, helping to develop players both on and off the field.

Jaime Andrews – Player/Coach Selection & Safety Protocol Chairperson
Jaime Andrews has been instrumental in shaping the Rocky River Fall Baseball League, serving as both a coach and leader in the inaugural season. With her experience in the Lorain County Hot Stove League, she has brought valuable insight into player and coach development. Additionally, she played a major role in securing new league logos, helping to build the league’s brand. Her commitment to player safety and selection ensures a strong foundation for the league’s future.

Raul Robles – Uniforms & Equipment Chairperson
Raul Robles brings several years of coaching experience to the Rocky River Fall Baseball League, having spent time developing young athletes in the Westlake League. As an ER/EMT medical professional, his expertise in safety and preparedness adds another layer of value to the league. Raul has taken charge of uniforms and equipment, ensuring teams are well-prepared for competition. His leadership and passion for the game have made a lasting impact in the league’s first season.

Josh Falso – Auxiliary Chair, Concessions & Special Events
Josh Falso has been a dedicated coach in both the Rocky River Baseball League and the Rocky River Fall Baseball League, bringing his experience and passion for the sport to both programs. In addition to coaching, he plays a crucial role in organizing concessions and special events, enhancing the overall experience for players and families. His dedication to supporting the league’s operations has helped create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for all involved.

Chris Thornton – Director of League Expansion
Chris Thornton is leading the charge in expanding the Rocky River Fall Baseball League, guiding the development of the new Legends Division. With several years of baseball coaching experience in the Westlake community, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the league’s growth. His passion for player development and commitment to providing more opportunities for young athletes make him a key figure in shaping the future of the league.

Mike Harper -  Uniforms & Baseball Advisor

Mike is a seasoned baseball coach, is the guardian of all things equipment and uniforms. He's no stranger to the game, Serving on the varsity coaching staff for the prestigious Rocky River High School Team, helping them to he Top 5 in the State in 2024.  Before he joined our ranks, Mike played a pivotal role in managing the Elyria High School Program. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for outfitting our players in style, Mike ensures that our teams look and feel like champions on the field. Your favorite team jerseys and gear?
